60 shaker rd 2nd floor suite 14 east longmeadow, massachusetts — van — i am a licensed cosmetologist specializing in professional eyelash, brow, and waxing services. my goal is to enhance your unique and beautiful features. each service is carefully crafted to suit your needs, wants, and goals while maintaining healthy long natural lashes and brows. when i’m not in the studio, i love spending time with my two puppies, trying out new and different foods, listening and making music, crocheting, and video games. can’t wait to meet you and provide you with exceptional service and care 💕 – directions on how to get to the stu – enter through the building main entrance and take the elevator. once you’re on the second floor, go down the hall and take your first left. you’ll see suite 14 on your right. if the curtains and doors are open, you can pop right in. i ask that you wait on the bench right outside until your appointment time :)
CANCELLATION POLICY
all cancellations/rescheduling should be made no less than 48hrs prior to the appointment time. please reach out directly via text or call to (413)299-4477. failure to do so will be subject to 50% of the appointment total charged with the card on your file and a forfeit to any deposits. no-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% cancellations/rescheduling made 3 times in a row subject to a 100% deposit in order to re-book - tardiness - $10 fee may be applied appointment is considered as a cancellation after 15mins & will be charged accordingly communication is key! CASH ONLY all payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable
